XR Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic XR Developer to join our team and gain hands-on experience in developing qualitative UX experiences. This role is an opportunity to work closely with a small team of experienced architects and designers and contribute to the development of state of the art VR and AR B2B applications.

Job Details

• Title: XR Developer
• Starting: As soon as possible
• Type: Full time
• Location: London office (3 days per week minimum)
• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of XR applications under the guidance of our senior creative director
• Contribute to the implementation of XR mechanics, interactions, and user interfaces
• Core functionality design, API integration ensuring seamless user experiences across diverse platforms
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging to ensure smooth UX
• Support the team with various related tasks like running demos

Requirements:

• Unity Dev + C# Programming (3+ Years): demos of VR, AR, MR applications including scripting, gameplay mechanics, debugging
• Performance Optimization: object pooling, static, dynamic batching, and addressable assets to ensure smooth gameplay
• Good team player, Familiarity with version control systems, Github
• Eligibility to work in the UK, at least 3 days/week in our Victoria, London Office

Nice to Have:

• Shader Programming: custom visual effects to enhance gameplay and visuals
• Understanding of WebXR, WebGPU, 3JS
• Experience with SLAM (simultaneous localization and mapping)
• Graphics design for UI
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools such as Blender
