Role Summary

As a Senior iOS/visionOS Game Programmer, you will play a key role in developing advanced AR/VR gaming experiences for Apple platforms, including the Apple Vision Pro. This position involves leveraging your expertise in Swift to create gameplay mechanics, optimize performance, and integrate cutting-edge features for immersive and polished gaming experiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and implement complex gameplay systems and support features for iOS and visionOS using Swift.
• Lead optimization efforts to ensure smooth performance across Apple devices, including high- and low-spec hardware.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers to integrate advanced graphics, animations, and audio features.
• Mentor team members, fostering high standards in coding practices, documentation, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Swift development, with a proven track record of building complex, high-performance applications.
• In-depth understanding of Apple’s ecosystem, including experience optimizing applications for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro.
• Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, especially in gaming or interactive media.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Unity and C#.
• Experience with features driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Expertise in creating beautiful user interfaces, animations, and special effects.
• Familiarity with 3D graphics rendering and real-time network programming.
• Proficient in Swift concurrency and actor isolation.
