The Opportunity

Join XR’s newly formed Entertainment & Gaming enterprise team as Sales Director, engaging with global entertainment studios, gaming publishers, and agencies. Your mission will involve growing XR’s customer base, elevating platform utilization, and building trusted client relationships to ensure retention and growth.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to the VP, Enterprise Solutions: Entertainment and Gaming.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and expand customer relationships, acting as a liaison between XR’s capabilities and client needs.
  • Lead innovation, build trust, and provide strategic solutions to customer challenges.
  • Collaborate across XR teams to deliver enterprise-scale results.
  • Build relationships with agencies critical to the entertainment and gaming verticals.
  • Meet revenue targets, manage pipelines, and accurately forecast.
  • Develop innovative pricing strategies, including enterprise subscription models.
  • Advocate for customers internally, aligning resources to meet their needs.
  • Evangelize XR’s platform with a focus on digital video products.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of data, TV, and the media landscape.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree required.
  • 8–10 years of experience in Ad Tech, production/marketing operations, or strategic sales.
  • Experience with enterprise solutions, consultancy sales, and matrixed organizations.
  • Proven success with agencies and customers in the entertainment and gaming industries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software or solution sales is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to maximize account value.
  • Skilled in managing change and gaining cross-organizational buy-in.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation

  • Pay range: $87,000 - $136,000 plus commission (dependent on experience and skills).
