About

Amazon Advertising's Brand Innovation Lab is seeking a talented and passionate Interactive Designer to craft innovative and engaging customer experiences. Working within the Automotive Vertical, you will focus on developing UX designs and visual executions for digital advertising campaigns that promote brands in new and creative ways on Amazon's platforms.

This role blends expertise in UX design and visual design, allowing you to work collaboratively across user research, engineering, and product teams to deliver bar-raising solutions for Amazon customers and advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design UX and Visual elements for advertising campaigns across Amazon.com, FireTV, and Alexa.
  • Create high and low-fidelity UX flows and interactive prototypes for non-linear experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive implementations involving various mediums like video, digital, voice integration, AR, and VR.
  • Work with program managers to ensure project timelines, resources, and budgets are met.
  • Develop multi-channel brand solutions that balance advertiser goals with seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities within the advertising space.
  • Build scalable campaign ideas and executions that may become revenue streams.
  • Translate client objectives into exceptional, customer-enhancing design solutions.
  • Foster strong client relationships by inspiring confidence in the team's creative work.

A Day in the Life

You will act as a design owner, from concept to launch, delivering end-to-end advertising experiences. Responsibilities include creating UX/UI designs for screen and voice interactions, developing prototypes, and executing interactive advertising campaigns. Balancing creative innovation with data-driven iterations, you’ll produce solutions that delight customers while meeting advertiser goals.

About the Team

The Brand Innovation Lab is a global team dedicated to creating innovative advertising experiences for Amazon customers and advertisers. This role is focused on top Automotive clients in the US, delivering cutting-edge campaigns tailored to their unique needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as an interactive designer in an agency or in-house creative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive industry experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $108,400 to $185,000 annually, depending on location and experience.

  • Total compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
