The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Creative Technology to join our Dentsu Lab team based in London who will push the boundaries of what’s possible, propelling brands and business into a virtual and connected future.
You will have a background in delivering world-class experiences across emerging technologies as well as helping brands disrupt, differentiate, and innovate across consumer digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the creative technology strategy for Dentsu Lab London, aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a multi-market high-performing team of creative technologists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Client Partnerships: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional solutions.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and identify opportunities to apply them to innovative solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor and develop the creative technology team across markets, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
The Person
- A playbook of internationally recognised and award-winning apex experience work that pushes the boundaries of design, technology & data.
- Track record of delivering disruptive, innovative experiences, platforms, and design projects.
- Background in digital creative/experience/experiential agencies, understanding how to bridge innovation and experience design with big idea creative and platform thinking.
- A leader who unites and inspires talent across disciplines.
- Can attract and retain world-class digital talent.
- Connected to popular culture, trends, brands, technologies and how they impact business and clients.
- Tech-savvy, future-facing, curious, and innovative in approach.
- Ability to lead with empathy, support others, and always listen and learn.
