About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can do it all—seriously, everything graphic-wise. This role covers a broad range of creative needs, from in-game assets to instructional graphics, mood boards, and presentation decks. Types of Graphics and Tasks

As our Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting a diverse range of graphics to support our VR products, elevate our brand, and meet the dynamic needs of the company, including:

Game Graphics

• Design 2D assets for our Unity-based VR training applications
• Create icons, buttons, and visual elements for in-game use

Instructional Graphics and Technical Illustrations

• Develop clear and visually engaging instructional graphics and diagrams to demonstrate product usage and operation
• Create graphics for step-by-step how-to guides with a focus on clarity and user comprehension

UI/UX/CX Graphics

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for VR applications
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to improve user experiences

Look Development

• Create mood boards and establish visual direction for projects
• Research and gather references to inform designs
• Define the aesthetic vision through style guides

Branding and Presentation Decks

• Design impactful product logos and cohesive branding elements
• Create polished, visually compelling presentation decks to showcase products and ideas

Web and Marketing Graphics

• Develop engaging graphics for the company website
• Occasionally create visuals for social media posts and marketing campaigns as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a diverse portfolio showcasing game graphics, UI/UX work, branding, instructional graphics, and look development
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Experience designing assets for Unity-based games
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles for UI/UX and CX
• Ability to create mood boards, find visual references, and define visual styles for projects
• Skilled in creating instructional graphics or technical illustrations for products
• Skilled in creating professional presentation decks using PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools
• Knowledge of website design principles and ability to create web graphics
• Experience creating instructional graphics or technical illustrations for products, preferably in a VR or gaming context
• Ability to translate complex ideas or workflows into clear, engaging visuals
• Knowledge of design techniques for improving user comprehension (e.g., effective use of icons, diagrams, and annotations)

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Virtual Reality design
• Knowledge of Unity game engine
• Experience with 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Maya) or motion graphics
