Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee XR development projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Track project progress and manage budgets.
• Foster client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define project scope and deliverables.
• Continuously improve project processes and drive innovation in XR.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in XR, AR, VR, or game development.
• 3+ years of software development experience, with Agile or Scrum knowledge.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Data-driven problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Passion for XR and enthusiasm for creating immersive experiences.
