VR Product Designer

VR or Spatial Design Experience required for this role

FitXR is a fitness technology company working at the cutting edge of VR and MR, building a movement for movement.

We started life in 2016 in a garden shed in the UK. Today, we’re building FitXR, one of the top-downloaded apps on the Meta Quest store. We’ve raised close to $30m from top investors such as Maveron, Hiro, and BoostVC.

TLDR

We are on the hunt for a talented Product Designer with strong visual skills to enhance our product's user experience. This pivotal role involves spending 50% of your time designing visually appealing user flows and the other 50% organizing and developing a comprehensive design library. Your work will directly contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our product offerings.

Where you’ll spend your time

• Creating aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound design flows that captivate and engage users.
• Developing and maintaining a structured design library to streamline design processes and boost efficiency across teams.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business goals and user needs.
• Utilizing your animation and prototyping skills to bring interactions to life, enhancing the overall user experience.

We’d love to see from you

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create clean, attractive, and engaging designs that enhance the user experience.
• Experience working on VR projects.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, and experience with animation and prototyping tools like After Effects and Bezi is highly desirable.
• AI integration in your design process is a significant plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record in developing design systems and libraries.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
