VR/AR Developer (UNREAL ENGINE)

4D CREA is an immersive studio specializing in creating interactive and immersive experiences. Since 2009, we have supported our clients in developing training and communication solutions through Virtual Reality (VR), 360° Video (VR360), Augmented Reality (AR), and serious gaming applications.

Our goal is to push the cognitive, emotional, and sensory boundaries to facilitate understanding, engagement, learning, and memory retention through immersive technologies.

Our solutions are widely recognized in health and workplace safety, including VR/AR fire simulators, first aid case studies, risk prevention, escape games, and more. We also create user experiences with virtualized real objects.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop VR and AR applications using UNREAL ENGINE (Blueprints and C++).
• Work on internal projects for the IRWINO brand as well as custom projects for external clients.
• Integrate immersive features (VR and AR) and connected objects into innovative projects.
• Optimize application performance across various devices (PC, META Quest VR headsets).
• Collaborate with creative teams to transform concepts into functional applications.
• Manage and track projects from planning to delivery.
• Ensure maintenance and updates for existing applications.
• Write technical documentation for projects.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in UNREAL ENGINE (Blueprint and C++).
• Experience in developing applications (VR, AR, WebVR, gaming, or mobile).
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization for VR and AR devices.
• Solid understanding of multiplayer and replication.
• Knowledge of Java and JavaScript is a plus.
• Project management experience (ability to organize, plan, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with source control tools (Perforce).

• Passionate about immersive technologies.
• Bachelor's degree +5.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in VR/AR development with UNREAL ENGINE (portfolio of projects required).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
