About
Supernatural is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join the Client Foundation team, supporting the core platform for the Supernatural Fitness Quest app. You’ll help develop a high-performing and reliable platform that delivers exceptional experiences for XR fitness.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the Supernatural Quest app core architecture, focusing on performance, security, and reliability.
- Introduce new technologies to improve app functionality and quality.
- Collaborate with QA for timely, high-quality releases; provide technical support for live apps.
- Participate in on-call monitoring and improvement efforts.
- Work with technical product managers, program managers, and QA to prioritize platform feature development.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster positive team relationships and a growth mindset within the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of software development experience, focusing on complex, reliable applications.
- Experience with C# and Unity/Unreal Engine.
- Proficient in building frameworks and tools supporting app development.
- Experience managing live applications at scale with frequent releases.
- Familiar with multiplayer application frameworks and interactive application testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in VR application development.
- Advanced skills in Unity and C#.
- Interest in audio processing and spatial audio (FMOD).
- Graphics programming and rendering pipeline expertise.
- Understanding of VR hardware optimization.
- Experience with multiplayer networking and scale optimizations.
