Senior Project Manager - Innovation (XR+AI)

Aequilibrium is seeking a French-speaking Senior Project Manager with experience in VR professional services to lead VR training projects for a Canadian educational institution and support internal VR and AI technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-sales Project Management (20%)
   • Collaborate with sales and technical teams for requirements, estimates, and resource planning.
   • Develop proposals and Statements of Work (SoW) defining project scope, resources, budget, and timeline.
2. Project Management (30%)
   • Lead Discovery and Planning phases, define requirements, manage cross-functional teams.
   • Serve as the client liaison, maintaining communication and managing risks, using Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies.
3. Product Owner/Content Lead (50%)
   • Conduct market research, define problem statements, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of project management experience in technical professional services and digital projects.
• Fluency in English & French, with experience conducting business in French.
• Experience with VR, AR, or XR projects (ideally Unity PS/VR Training).
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Based in Canada, preferably BC, Ottawa, or Toronto. Must be a Canadian citizen or PR.

Nice-to-Have:

• AI project experience.
• Background in financial services.

Compensation:

• CAD $100,000 - $130,000 annually (commensurate with skills and experience).
