Senior Product Owner (XR)

Ohouse connects inspiring content and commerce to help users easily, comfortably, and enjoyably create their desired lifestyle.

The XR team is responsible for maximizing user imagination. We develop services to help users easily plan their own interior in virtual spaces. We have a deep understanding of graphics and are building an intuitive 3D-based user interface, aiming to provide users with an experience of visualizing spaces through 3D models and arranging various furniture and items as if they are actually decorating the space.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Owner (XR) of the Ohouse XR Product team, you will:

• Proactively identify problems that the team needs to solve and propose tasks necessary for the company's growth
• Establish a product vision for XR products that aligns with the company's overall strategy and market opportunities, and set a detailed roadmap and strategies
• Determine key metrics for your domain or project, and perform hypothesis-driven product validation to grow these metrics
• Predict customer and business value that can be realized by leveraging current or new technologies to solve customer problems, and turn them into projects
• Lead the entire process of hypothesizing success metrics and solutions with product makers such as UX, Engineering, and QA, and verify them through A/B testing and other scientific methods

Requirements

• At least 8 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Product Management or a similar role
• Extensive experience in clearly defining customer problems and solving them using technology
• Mindset and experience in data-driven decision-making based on setting metrics and analyzing data
• Deep understanding of technologies, platforms, and industry trends such as AI, VR, and XR, and experience in realizing customer value through actual products

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or experience in development
• Experience in data extraction and analysis using SQL
• Experience in agile sprint and MVP-based development processes
• Strong interest and understanding of the interior design industry
