Senior Product Manager – Mixed Reality

Brainlab, a leader in medical technology based in Munich, Germany, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the success of its Mixed Reality solutions. Founded in 1989, Brainlab focuses on creating software-driven medical tech to support efficient, less-invasive patient treatments. This role is a part of the Product Management & Marketing department, shaping the vision and strategy for Mixed Reality customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define a product vision and strategy in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Develop a clear roadmap based on this strategy.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and sales teams to understand customer needs and trends.
• Set product requirements by consolidating clinical use cases, internal portfolio strategies, and market needs.
• Create a strong value proposition with Clinical Marketing to substantiate messaging with clinical evidence.
• Promote products at relevant events and in sales presentations.
• Monitor global sales and performance metrics, recommending improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, with Mixed Reality experience.
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial skills with a talent for translating complex solutions into clear strategies.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills in both English and German.
• Up to 10% travel required; based in Munich.
