Senior Producer – Gaming / XR

Nexus is looking for an ambitious Senior Producer to spearhead a new workstream that feeds into the evolution of an existing XR product.

This is also a creatively-led remit, supporting the highest calibre talent and driving creative idea development and presentation, collaborating with Directors, Creative Directors, and Creative Technology Directors. You will have an entrepreneurial and positive approach, being opportunity-driven whilst balancing the creative and business aspects of our offer and goals and project scope.

You will be passionate about new technologies, experience design, XR, and enjoy developing multi-faceted solutions.

You will be working closely with the Executive Producer, Tech Director, and Executive Creative Director.

This is a product execution-oriented position, working on a projected 24 months body of work. The position ideally will start from scoping all the way through the project delivery.

Qualifications:

• You will have experience in volumetric capture and photo-realistic likeness for use in game engines, excellent experience in real-time pipelines, Unity projects, and comfortable with scoping projects end to end and forecasting complex work-streams.

Requirements:

• Extensive direct-to-client experience and relationships.
• 5+ years experience as a Senior Producer, in a similar role.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial approach.
• Understanding of experience design and XR space and digital product development requirements.
• Curiosity and eagerness to develop opportunities that harness our character, animation, and real-time capabilities.

Availability:

• Available from August 5th. Initial 4-week contract with opportunity to expand into 12+ months.
