Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth execution of our end-to-end order fulfillment process for B2B customers. You will play a critical role between Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance organizations, helping Varjo’s enterprise customers in North America finalize purchases and coordinate shipments.

This role is based on-site in Arlington, VA, working with Varjo’s local sales and support teams while collaborating with global teams located in Finland.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee and manage purchase orders for customers in North America. Ensure accuracy, review inventory levels, and process orders promptly. Coordinate shipments to meet customer requirements.
  • Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for customer queries regarding order status, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
  • Return Management: Coordinate returns by liaising with partners, finance, and technical support teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process development needs and propose improvements.

Our Expectations

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or related roles in global logistics.
  • Experience working in ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to absorb and retain information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to travel to company headquarters in Finland once or twice a year.
