About

We are looking for a Go-Getting Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us drive business growth in these innovative fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in various industries, such as education, automobile, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, defense, etc., to introduce our XR, AI, and VR solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the sales team to devise and implement sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in XR, AI, and VR technologies to effectively communicate product benefits to prospects.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value and impact of our training and simulation solutions.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Create and deliver customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in XR, AI, VR, or technology-related industries. Previous experience in selling software, ERP, e-Learning solutions products is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proven Sales Record: Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
- Technical Aptitude: A passion for emerging technologies such as XR, AI, and VR, with a basic understanding of how these technologies can transform industries.
- Self-Motivated: A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Client-Focused: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and strategically to address client challenges and present solutions that drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Software, Training, ERP sectors.
- Familiarity with B2B sales, especially in technology or training-related domains.
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
