QA Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage QA processes and procedures company-wide.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across multiple projects.
• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, test cases, and checklists.
• Plan and prioritize testing activities, leading the testing efforts.
• Identify, report, and verify resolution of issues.
• Perform regression, sanity, and smoke testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Experience testing 3D desktop, mobile, and VR applications.
• Experience testing web applications.
• Strong understanding of testing types, processes, and methodologies.
• Experience with test documentation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with VR/AR technologies.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency for international team communication.
