Role Responsibilities

• Develop and scale innovative mobile products for a global user base.
• Utilize xAI’s advanced models to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

• Primary Languages: Java, Kotlin, Swift

Ideal Experience

• Proven experience developing Android and/or iOS applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise and innovative product contributions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Interview Process

1. Initial Application Review: Technical team reviews CV and work statement.
2. Phone Interview: 15-minute call to discuss basics.
3. Main Process (four technical stages completed in one week):
   • Coding Assessment in a preferred language.
   • Systems Hands-on Session.
   • Project Deep-Dive Presentation.
   • Team Meet and Greet.

All interviews are conducted on Google Meet, with assessments handled directly by xAI’s technical team, ensuring a recruiter-free evaluation.

Salary Range

• $180,000 - $440,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
