Product Manager, Content Quality

What you'll do:

• Work with a team of cross-functional partners in the building of app features and content experiences that ensure Snapchatters of every age and living in any market are entertained in a safe environment
• Launch features and improvements that give Snapchatters greater control over the quality of their content experience, incorporate the needs of younger Snapchatters, and ensure we meet local regulatory requirements - all in a scalable way within a privacy- and safety-by-design framework
• Develop goals, strategy and roadmaps; own products and features from conception to launch and beyond
• Set metrics that inform the success and impact of your products
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Policy — align teams on a shared vision and steer execution towards that vision
• Research, stay informed, and become an expert on changes in local and global laws & regulations
• Understand deeply the content needs of Snapchatters, and apply those learnings in the features you develop
• Develop and present go-forward recommendations with key stakeholders
• Closely monitor and measure results of all features

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for Snapchat and creative problem solving
• Experience working on content quality (or content understanding, content ranking, or content moderation)
