This is what awaits you as Head of Mobile & Immersive Experience

• Responsible for a portfolio encompassing native mobile apps, web apps with modern frontend technologies, and Immersive Spatial Experience innovation, including AR/VR/XR and metaverse scenarios.
• Drive conceptual and strategic portfolio topics with a sales volume in the 7-digit range.
• Lead technical and technological development of mobile offerings and expand into the immersive experience market in a B2B context.
• Design portfolio expansions, evaluate innovations, and drive business development with a focus on trends and market insights.
• Confidently present to leadership teams and customers at C-level.
• Develop product service bundles, business models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Act as an interface to the sales organization, supporting customer acquisition strategies, tenders, and pitches.
• Oversee active partner management, collaborate with startups and XR platform providers, and represent the company externally at conferences and events.
• Define the business vision for mobile & XR products, their market entry, and revenue streams.
• Support team leads in selection and development of a motivated team of 30+ employees, including architects, developers, and consultants.
• Create a future-proof portfolio combining technology trends, mobile use cases, XR innovation, user experience, AI, and more.

What you bring to the Mobile & Immersive Experience area

• Profound experience and enthusiasm for project and product business in the mobile sector.
• Advanced knowledge in AR/VR and Metaverse or strong motivation to quickly learn and network in these areas.
• Expertise in professional and/or technical domains, such as mobile consulting or architecture.
• Proven entrepreneurial thinking and action, with experience in strategy and business development.
• Professional leadership skills across locations, with experience managing teams and clients.

A plus, not a must

• Strong sales network and visibility in the industry as a domain expert.
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing, public, or health sectors.
• Touchpoints to IoT.
