About
Join Lenovo's Commercial ARVR team as a General Manager to lead and scale an internal startup through strategic Go-To-Market execution. This role requires extensive cross-functional leadership to manage and grow Lenovo’s ARVR solutions, driving innovation, customer engagement, and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market plans across Lenovo's sales channels, including Global Account and Geography Sales teams, and AR/VR ISVs.
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning product management, hardware/software development, sales, and alliances to drive cohesive team goals.
- Evaluate Lenovo’s market strengths with a startup mentality, applying agile strategies to penetrate and grow in an emerging ARVR marketplace.
- P&L ownership: create financial models and investment cases to support opportunities with strong market traction.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, enhancing processes and frameworks to improve internal performance, customer experience, and product adoption.
- Develop scalable business models and market strategies; promote ARVR trends and Lenovo’s role within this strategic industry segment.
- Provide thought leadership to stakeholders, press, analysts, and Lenovo’s sales and marketing teams on ARVR technology trends and products.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of global technology cross-functional leadership experience in digital transformation and emerging technology.
- BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience scaling hyper-growth products in entrepreneurial settings.
- Strong storytelling and narrative abilities to drive market momentum and product adoption.
- Proven network of key collaboration partners in the ARVR ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in executive communication and C-level presentations.
- Ability to travel extensively, including internationally.
- MBA or equivalent industry experience preferred.
