Creative Technologist Consultant

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Creative Technologist (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging technology and creativity to design immersive, web-based experiences that redefine product presentation and configuration. Alongside crafting cutting-edge solutions, you will act as a consultant, guiding our customers and their agencies through the presales and concept phases to deliver exceptional results. The position is location-independent and can be carried out hybrid from one of our locations, e.g. in Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Berlin, Darmstadt, Karlsruhe, Hamburg or Düsseldorf.

Role & Responsibilities

• Customer Collaboration & Concept Development: Partner with customers and agencies during presales and concept phases to identify opportunities and align on project goals.
• Technology & AI Expertise: Provide guidance on cutting-edge web technologies and generative AI to achieve creative and business objectives.
• Web & 3D Design: Develop innovative web concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes for immersive user experiences and interactive product presentations.
• Generative AI & Personalization: Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance creativity and deliver personalized, dynamic user experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Trend & Innovation Management: Stay ahead of emerging web technologies, design trends, and AI advancements to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications

• Tech Stack & 3D Expertise: Strong experience with modern web technologies like WebGL, Three.js, React, and WebGPU, as well as 3D modeling and real-time rendering tools like Blender, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
• Design & Prototyping: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD to create compelling UI/UX concepts.
• Generative AI & Innovation: Knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, MidJourney) and their application to enhance design and development processes.
• Web-Based Product Presentations: Ability to conceptualize and design engaging, web-based product presentations and configurators with a strong aesthetic focus.
• Customer Engagement & Communication: Exceptional communication skills to build trust and guide customers during presales and concept phases.
• Collaboration with Agencies & Partners: Experience working with agencies and external partners to align on creative and technical solutions.
