Associate Product Designer - New Grad

Roblox is seeking Associate Product Designers to join our team in San Mateo, CA, and help shape the future of digital entertainment. As part of our rotational program, you'll gain valuable experience, mentorship, and the chance to work on impactful projects that reach millions daily.

Responsibilities

• Understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations to drive design decisions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs.
• Create detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
• Advocate for user needs and maintain high-quality design standards.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Design (UX/UI, Interaction, Motion, Graphics, Typography, Web, Product).
• Experience in design (internships, projects, previous jobs).
• Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Passionate about games, user-generated content, and social networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous environments.

Specifications

• Location: San Mateo, CA (in-office Tuesday to Thursday, optional Monday and Friday)
• Annual Salary: $135,000 USD
