About
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine mutual vision, goals and project requirements for product features
- Establish and create processes to help the technical art team run efficiently and smoothly
- Proactively identify and mitigate production red flags while executing against rapidly evolving targets
- Consistently communicate with cross functional partners in providing schedules and timelines into the overall product development programs
- Manage relationships with cross functional teams for critical input on targets and localized content
- Handle asynchronous communication of the team's progress and achievements in our internal system.
- Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning
- Manage relationships with external vendors and outsource teams for critical milestones, targets and content development.
- Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning that pertain to Avatar content developed by outsource and internal art teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in game development, animation, film, or interactive media.
- Experience driving the production process and shipping large, multi-medium projects with 3D pipelines.
- Proven experience prioritizing and juggling multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.
- Experience working cooperatively with artists, engineers, product managers and designers.
- Leadership, communication, and diplomatic skills.
- Experience with production toolsets (e.g. ShotGrid, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Interest for empowering teams to produce high-quality results
