AR/XR Engineer

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an AR/XR Engineer. The AR/XR Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing augmented reality and virtual reality features in our app. The day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test AR/VR solutions, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Additional responsibilities include staying updated with the latest AR/VR technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR)
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
• Background in Game Development
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of XR tools and frameworks such as Unity, Unreal Engine, etc., is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
